FamilyMatters is a social enterprise that is dedicated to promoting strong family values and creating cherished memories through family bonding. We believe that the family is the foundation upon which societies are built, and we are committed to supporting families in their efforts to create meaningful and lasting relationships.

Our core services are designed to help families engage in fun and meaningful activities that promote healthy relationships and foster a sense of togetherness. We offer 3 key services that are tailored to meet the specific needs of families.

Promoting Push Bike Activities

Our Push Bike program in collaboration with Sarawak Push Bike Community & Strider Sarawak focuses on promoting such sport in Sarawak, Malaysia. This program is designed for parents with children between the ages of 2 to 9 years old and encourages parental involvement in early child development. The program provides an opportunity for families to participate in outdoor activities and races that promote physical activity and bonding between parents and children.

Experiencing Camping Life

In partnership with Miri Parenting Information Group, we offer camping experiences to various family. We understand that many parents are concerned about their children’s screen time, and we provide a platform for them to engage with nature and develop important survival skills. By teaching children how to set up tents, start fires, and prepare meals, we aim to instill confidence and interpersonal skills that will serve them well throughout their lives. We also provide opportunities for families to interact with one another and build important social skills.

Enriching Marriage & Parenting

We also focused on enriching marriage and equipping parents with practical tools to raise healthy, happy children. We partner with organizations such as The Marriage & Parenting Course, Duranno Father School & Duranno Mother School to provide courses that help couples build healthy relationships and equip parents with effective communication skills. We believe that a healthy marriage is the greatest gift parents can give to their children and we are committed to helping families achieve this.
